I have recently been knitting dishcloths as an easy take along handwork project. Most of them are pretty simple but I decided to make a transformers washcloth for Alex. While this washcloth was not technically difficult to make it was hard to keep track of the stitch count and I don't know if I will be willing to make another one of these.

Line 25 is incorrect in the original pattern. Here is the correction.

I am sure Alex will appreciate your efforts to make him a Transformer washcloth! It looks great. I am signed up to take knitting (and crochet) from Parks and Rec this summer. I can't wait to learn a bit more!
I know what you're saying about how long these things take! I have been working on a Superman Washcloth for a month or so. Yet, I was able to whip out your water bottle holder in one afternoon... which used more yarn than the washcloth.
Of course, I've been crocheting far longer than knitting, but still, it can be discouraging when it takes so long to make something so small.
And yes, I made your water bottle holder Monday and shipped it yesterday. :D
